Values, Not Just Value

In 2022, the River District team produced a short video to establish our commitment to building a sustainable and community-first neighborhood for all. Two years later, we continue this essential work with dedication. Most recently, our team has:

  • invested over $2 million in small, emerging, and disadvantaged businesses locally, and we continue to recruit SEB/DBE companies for all stages of development at the River District
  • begun preparations for an innovative stormwater management system
  • continued to lead community outreach with key community leaders and advocacy groups
  • secured $15.4 million in Prime 3 funding to support affordable and workforce housing
  • advanced planning for efficient, streamlined multi-modal transportation infrastructure at the River District, including bike and pedestrian pathways and publicly accessible green spaces.
